Zusammenfassung

Amazon in Erfurt sucht Unterstützung im Lager, um Bestellungen für Kunden bereitzustellen. Sie stellen Artikel zusammen, verpacken sie sorgfältig und bereiten den Versand vor, auch für den schneller deliver-Service.

Es gibt Vollzeit- (30 Std./Woche) und Teilzeit- (12+ Std./Woche) Optionen mit festen Schichtplänen; Arbeiten montags bis samstags, je nach Standort, mit sogenannten ERF1/ERF2- oder DTH1-Schichten.

Qualifikationen

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichtsystemen

Aufgaben

• Aufträge vorbereiten, verpacken und versenden
• Inventar erhalten und einlagern
• Pakete in Lkw verladen
• Lithom, Paletten herstellen, sortieren und transportieren
• Sicherstellen, dass Produkte Qualitätskriterien erfüllen
• Technologie wie Smartphones/Handgeräte zum Scannen nutzen
• Bereitstellung von Schichten und Sicherheitsvorschriften einhalten

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,45

Salary

15.80€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.12€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 17.78€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Working week from Monday to Saturday, 4 working days (ERF1/ERF2) and 5 working days (DTH1)

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers relying on Amazon services. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders – in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.

Some of your duties may include

• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Receive and put away inventory
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and van
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
