Zusammenfassung

Amazon is recruiting for a sortation associate role at the DHE3 location in Knüllwald, Germany. You will manage unloading and transportation of products, operate scanners and computers, and participate in sorting processes across various shifts.

The position offers day, late, and night shifts, with a guaranteed wage structure and a tax-free night bonus. Training and onboarding will be provided as you join a large, diverse team.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.

Jobbeschreibung

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €17,40

Salary

17.40€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.40€/h gross) and24 months(calculated 18.26€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,86 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,81 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Full-time shifts

• Early: 05:30 am – 01:00 pm
• Late: 03:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Night: 01:00 am – 10:30 am

Part-time shifts:

• Early: 10:00 am – 14:00 pm
• Late: 06:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Night: 01:00 am – 10:30 am

Working week from Monday to Saturday, 5 working days

You’ll also need to be able to

• Speak basic level of German or English language
• Follow our safety first approach and quality and production standards
• Be comfortable on your feet, as you may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hoursper shift.
• Lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
