State Street Global Delivery is seeking an experienced operations professional to support the Alpha platform. You will act as a central point of contact between external managers, Alpha clients, and internal teams, while ensuring data accuracy and timely MIS reporting.

The role covers front, middle, and portfolio control services, including onboarding support, data governance, and client query resolution. German or Dutch language skills are a plus.

Who We Are Looking For

The State Street Alpha Operations team comprises multiple functions such as Enterprise Business Solutions, Front Office Data Control, Front Office Support, Onboarding / Operational Readiness, Portfolio Control, and Portfolio Admin. The teams are based in locations worldwide and supported by global counterparts.

We are expanding to support client growth across our Front-to-Back, Investment Platform – Alpha, creating opportunities for development and growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

External Manager Support

• Act as central communication and monitoring point between State Street, external managers, and Alpha clients.
• Monitor inbound external manager transaction error queues.
• Provide external manager reconciliation oversight.
• Ensure governance by capturing and preparing MIS reports.

Front Office Services

Data Control

• Oversee daily reconciliation between CRIMS and State Street’s middle office IBOR record at cash and stock position level on a trade date +1 basis.
• Resolve issues, engage teams to correct IBOR and CRIMS data.

Support

• Primary contact for client front office teams, triaging and resolving issues.
• Use CRIMS and strong communication skills to provide technical support for front office systems.

Middle Office Services

• Maintain and develop State Street’s SQL‑based data warehouse (SSDD).
• Provide client query support on complex data set issues across Middle Office platforms.

Portfolio Control

• Gatekeeper of the IBOR record; ensure accounting period close and reopening processes are followed.
• Monitor overall health of client portfolios via operational control framework.
• Provide support for client operations teams on IBOR‑related queries.

Onboarding

• Project‑manage the client onboarding process from receipt to hyper‑care, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support delivery.
• Analyze processes, recommend solutions, and drive implementation of operating models, SLA, and KPIs.

In Addition, Individuals Will Be Expected To

• Identify data or account trends for group discussion.
• Interact with Middle Office teams (Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, Performance).
• Remain familiar with backup procedures during system or transmission issues.
• Build cooperative relationships to achieve group and client goals.
• Interact with clients in a service‑oriented manner, especially during implementations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
