Maersk is seeking an Air Development Manager to drive growth across air freight products, pricing and market development. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, pricing, sales and market development, collaborating across regions to accelerate profitable growth.

You will shape GTM and pricing for major RFQs, lead go-to-market initiatives, and work with Sales, Finance and product teams to expand key trade lanes and customer segments.

• Shape and execute the Go-to-Market and pricing strategy, including pricing for major strategic RFQs.

• Monitor market, customer, competitor and pricing trends—and turn insights into commercial actions.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance on target setting, growth plans and pipeline performance.
• Proactively identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with regional and area stakeholders.
• Be a key driver of Air product and Power Trade Lane growth.
• Equip and enable Sales through relevant product materials, training and commercial events.
• Contribute to new product launches and broader marketing and commercial initiatives.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, pricing, sales and market development, working across functions and regions to accelerate profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic initiatives to deliver annual revenue, volume and gross profit targets.
• Shape and execute the Go-to-Market and pricing strategy, including pricing for major strategic RFQs.
