Join for a two-year fixed-term contract with long-term potential. You will generate AI images from briefs, refine assets to production-ready standards, perform retouching, typography checks, and collaborate closely with creative teams

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree or training in Media, Graphic or Communication Design.
• Several years’ experience in final artwork, production or prepress, ideally in an agency.
• Solid understanding of AI image-generation tools and practical creative application.

• Correct anatomy, perspective, lighting, materials, and fine details in AI outputs

• Apply photography or illustration expertise to composition, lighting, and retouching
• Test new AI models and features, sharing insights with the team

Tasks

We are looking for YOU – AI Visual Designer – Production & Finishing – to join Oscar Bravo. Create and perfect AI-generated images for Lufthansa Group brands, select tools, explore creative features, refine details, and ensure every asset meets brand standards and top quality.

What you’ll do:

• Generate AI images and illustrations from briefs using the best tools and workflows
• Refine and finalize assets to be production-ready and brand-compliant
• Correct anatomy, perspective, lighting, materials, and fine details in AI outputs
• Retouch, compose, and optimize images for a natural, consistent brand look
• Implement layouts and adapt formats based on design systems and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Completed degree or training in Media, Graphic or Communication Design
• Several years’ experience in final artwork, production or prepress, ideally in an agency
• Solid understanding of AI image-generation tools and practical creative application

• Advanced Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and strong skills in retouching, photography, illustration and AI asset quality control
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, visually confident, with a strong eye for typography, layout, color and consistency
• Reliable, structured and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interest in new AI technologies
• Portfolio showing precise artwork, high-end retouching and production-ready designs required
• Experience with brand systems and aviation, travel or consumer brands is a plus

We would like to have you join our team for the long term. The position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract, but offers a clear prospect of becoming permanent.
