Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI security leader to design, implement, and scale enterprise security controls for AI platforms. You will embed AI security requirements across engineering, MLOps, and operations, and partner with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, and Security Management.

You will establish security patterns for AI use cases, act as the enterprise expert on AI risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate controls across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience in designing, operating, and scaling enterprise security controls.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and AI-specific threats.
• Proven ability to embed AI security controls into enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML security techniques, tools, or frameworks.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001.
• Experience shaping multi-year security capability roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business-fluent English; German is an advantage.
