SANOVIO, Munich-based, is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to help build end-to-end AI systems for healthcare procurement. You will collaborate with a small, high-performing team to ship real features and see them in production.

The role emphasizes high agency, hands-on work across the stack (TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js) and a strong interest in NLP, ML, and AI-powered applications. In-person work in Munich is expected.

About the role

We’re looking for one AI Engineering Intern to help us build AI systems end-to-end for one of the most complex workflows in European healthcare: procurement. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for candidates with high agency. At SANOVIO, you will collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team and gain real-world experience building AI-enabled applications in a cross-border B2B environment. If you're excited about software engineering and AI, this is your opportunity to learn fast, experiment, ship real features, and see your work used in production.

About the interview process

1. Intro call

   Casual intro meeting with one of the founders to get to know each other and introduce SANOVIO.

2. Technical interview

   A take-home technical challenge to showcase your skills, followed by a call to walk us through your approach, insights, and solution for the take-home exercise.
