An AI-native Squad Expert is a hands-on product builder who orchestrates a lean, hybrid team of humans and AI agents to deliver innovative products quickly and effectively. In this emerging operating model, experts act as orchestrators, leveraging AI throughout the product lifecycle to generate, validate, deploy, and continuously improve both code and content.

We are looking for an expert with deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI engineering practices, combined with a strong builder mindset and a passion for solving real customer problems.

As part of an empowered team of product builders, you will lead the design, implementation, delivery, and operation of agentic AI solutions for Retail Store Industry solutions. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teammates across product, UX, and engineering, you will transform the latest advances in AI research and technology into production-grade solutions that create measurable business value. We are looking for strong expertise in modern Mobile application Development and exposure to BTP SDKs for mobile development, SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You will help bridge advanced AI capabilities with enterprise business processes, enabling intelligent, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous systems that improve decision‑making and operational outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Architect and deliver AI-native solutions using agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and related frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph.
• Collaborate directly with customers and users to understand business challenges, validate assumptions, and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions based on customer insights, experimentation, and real-world outcomes.
• Building cloud native backend services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java), SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite
• Design and develop enterprise mobile applications Mobile Services for Android and iOS platforms and among others using SAP Mobile SDKs and SAP BTP.
• Design integrations between AI capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, SAP CAP, and other backend systems on ABAP, RAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 stack to generate real‑time insights, recommendations, and operational actions.
• Drive end‑to‑end ownership from problem definition through deployment, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously challenge and improve AI-native engineering workflows.
• Establish governance, security, observability, and evaluation mechanisms for scalable and trustworthy AI solutions.
• Mentor teammates and foster engineering excellence in AI-native product development.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution delivery, or technical product development with proven business impact. 5+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles and good to have exposure to Mobile application development
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, including LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI evaluation, and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong product-builder mindset with the ability to move rapidly from concept to production. Experience working directly with customers and users.
• Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) with Xcode; exposure to NativeScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native, or UI5.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes through AI.
• Experience in designing, delivering, operating, and continuously improving AI-powered products on hyperspace like SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, evaluation, and governance for cloud-native and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise applications, mobile solutions, ERP integration, or SAP technologies as a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional product teams.
