Aether Biomedical is seeking an AI Developer to design and scale AI-driven solutions within a governed enterprise AI platform for financial services. You will build intelligent agents, reusable components, and integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data platforms.

You will work with Python, LLMs, RAG frameworks, AWS, and containerized services to deliver auditable, secure AI workflows while collaborating with AI developers, data engineers, and domain experts.

Project overview

The project focuses on building a governed enterprise AI platform that enables users to create intelligent agents, access organizational knowledge, and perform advanced data analysis using LLMs. The platform integrates multiple enterprise systems and emphasizes secure, auditable, and deterministic AI workflows. You will work within a cross-functional engineering team that includes AI developers, backend engineers, data engineers, and domain experts. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business and data requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python or similar technologies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or ML-driven applications
• Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and reliability principles
• Experience building scalable and maintainable backend services
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, enterprise data management, or data-heavy domains
• Knowledge of semantic data modeling or knowledge graphs
• Experience with rules engines or workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and compliance requirements
