Boldare is seeking an Agile Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end service delivery for clients. You will set tailored goals for the development team, manage priorities, and maintain strong client partnerships.

The role requires Agile experience, Jira/G Suite proficiency, and a willingness to travel to meet clients and teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, people management, or similar roles in IT.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, risks, stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Ownership mindset and client-first approach, with excellent communication and ability to build transparent partnerships with clients and development teams.
• Practical understanding of Agile (Scrum/Lean) and software development lifecycle, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
• Analytical and tech-savvy mindset including Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools, and curiosity about software development processes.
• AI enthusiast mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, and team collaboration.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).
• Willingness to work from Gliwice office once a week with occasional business trips and face-to-face meetings.

Aufgaben

• Define the team’s way of working, priorities, communication and delivery approach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, transparency and partnership.
• Manage client expectations, risks, cooperation development and regular reporting.
• Create and update the Delivery Plan together with the team.
• Monitor progress, react to changes and keep the team aligned with goals.
• Shape the delivery setup: team structure, roles, meetings and communication flow.
• Manage the service budget and client settlement.
• Support team members through feedback, 1:1s, coaching and performance reviews.
• Participate in hiring, team composition planning and onboarding new team members.
• Cooperate with Boldare leaders, business roles and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote transparency, open communication and continuous feedback.
• Join regular face-to-face meetings with clients and teams.

What do you need to get this position?

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, people management, or similar roles in the IT industry.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, risks, stakeholders, and changing priorities at the same time
• Ownership mindset and client-first approach, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build transparent partnerships with both clients and development teams
• Practical understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum / Lean Agile), software development lifecycle, backlog management, and requirements gathering
• Analytical and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools, and curiosity about software development processes and modern technologies

• Experience in service design and launching new services.
• Basic understanding of GitHub, pull requests, code review workflows, and AI-supported delivery or workflow automation
