We are looking for our next SPECIAL SERVICES AGENT to join the PREFERRED SERVICES – AIRPORTS team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for caring for the end-to-end experience of Special Services passengers, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

Responsibilities
  • Providing full face-to-face assistance to Special Services passengers throughout their journey.
  • Ensuring an excellent end-to-end passenger experience, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
  • Anticipating, managing, and resolving operational contingencies and service disruptions in a timely manner.
  • Supporting passengers during key airport processes and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Tourism or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or the airport industry.
  • Experience working in an airport environment.
  • Knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
  • We need you to have an advanced level of English and Spanish.
