We are hiring a Strategy Manager to support strategic growth, business planning, and the evolution of business models and portfolio strategy across AEC. This individual contributor role will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze market opportunities, evaluate portfolio and monetization options, build business cases, and develop clear recommendations that inform business decisions.
Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, product strategy, pricing, packaging, monetization, or technology is a plus.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $183,920. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
