  • Conduct research on topics related to adaptation and resilience, potential grantees and new focal areas for the Fund.
  • Track milestones and deliverables across workstreams.
  • Support the Senior Director with meeting preparations, briefing materials and other activities as needed.

  • Prepare reporting outputs, maintain and update information, systems and databases.
  • Liaise closely with internal colleagues and external partners when needed.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects with medium to high resource requirements.
  • Develop standards, tools and knowledge requirements for the A&R program.
Requirements
  • Excellent project and program management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with donors, partners, grantees and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work successfully in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Ability to evaluate issues and make decisions with little supervision.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and identify viable solutions.
  • Ability to anticipate grantmaking issues and recommend improvements.
  • Strong critical thinking, research, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Excel, Microsoft tools; Salesforce/Fluxx preferred.
