Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems seeks an experienced Active Directory and Entra ID Administrator to support enterprise identity and access management in a hybrid environment. You will administer and optimize Microsoft AD, Entra ID, VDS, and related components to ensure secure authentication and seamless user lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, MFA and Conditional Access configuration, directory synchronization, GPO management, SSO troubleshooting, and comprehensive documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory and Entra ID Administrator to support and manage enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Virtual Directory Services (VDS), user provisioning, authentication, group policy management, and directory synchronization in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, organizational units (OUs), and permissions.
• Support and configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.
• Implement and maintain directory synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Manage Virtual Directory Services (VDS) environments and identity integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and access-related issues.
• Configure and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) across enterprise environments.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management processes.
• Monitor directory services performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on identity-related projects.
• Perform access reviews, audits, and remediation activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for directory services and identity management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Knowledge of Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
• Understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 identity management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience troubleshooting hybrid identity environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
