As an Account Director, you will lead the ADULT marketing team for McDonald's Germany and be responsible for the implementation of integrated campaigns such as:

  • Major promotions: e.g., MONOPOLY, Easter Countdown, summer promotions
  • Loyalty programs & brand partnerships: e.g., FIFA World Cup, Minecraft
  • Experiential activations: Film IP, sporting events

You will work closely with tms teams (strategy, digital, and merchandising) and the McDonald's marketing team to develop and implement market-leading campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY

  • Building and maintaining close client relationships
  • Developing strategic initiatives with partner agencies
  • Leading and motivating the team (currently 1 Account Manager, 1 Project Manager)
  • Responsibility for project management, quality assurance, and budget planning

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Several years of experience in client management, ideally in an integrated agency or on the client side
  • Leadership skills and experience in stakeholder and interface management
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
