Real Chemistry Germany is seeking an Account Associate to join our team, supporting medical affairs, marketing and comms across global and local accounts. You will manage small projects, track budgets and timelines, and be the first port of call for clients.

Fluent in German and English, you are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously as part of a growing global team. Hybrid or flexible onsite arrangements are available depending on role and location.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Account Associate/Account Executive or as a Trainee/Working Student in a medical communications or health marketing agency.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical (Rx) clients.
• Experience across local market (Germany and/or DACH) and Global accounts.
• Fluent German and English speaker.
• Proactive, driven, and resourceful.
• Highly organised self-starter, able to work independently but also across a global team.
• Excellent business communication abilities, including informal/formal presentational and writing skills.

Job Summary

Real Chemistry Germany is looking for an Account Associate to join our team, supporting our team across accounts in medical affairs, marketing and comms. You will be taking responsibility for the delivery of small projects, tracking budgets and timelines and being the first port of call for our clients.

We are an established global business with a new offering in the German market, so need someone who is confident, proactive, happy to work autonomously when needed but also as part of a growing global team, and happy to get stuck in!

For this role you will be working on global and local market accounts so we will require someone fluent in both German and English.
