Amazon Fulfillment Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced Pathways candidate for a three-year program in Germany. You will start as front-line manager and progress to Senior Operations Manager, overseeing teams and processes in our fulfillment network.

You will mentor, drive efficiency, risk controls, and collaborate with senior leadership. The program offers cross-site mobility across Germany and exposure to regional leadership and mentoring.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree required or in progress.
• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• B2 in German required.

In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 up to 800 employees and managers. Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring. They can change roles, sites, and geographies. Through intense and challenging opportunities in our operations network, we will expand your leadership capacity. We are currently hiring for several start dates in 2027 for different locations across our logistics network.

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

In this role you manage teams and processes in our Operations organization. You will start in our Fulfillment Center in Horn-Bad Meinberg or Sort Center in Eggolsheim. Please expect to change the location during the course of the three year program.

Basic Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• A minimum of B2 in German
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a MBA or equivalent Master's level education degree
• 3+ years of professional or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
• Work experience or degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field
