Global Launch Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for aGlobal Launch Excellence Manager (f/m/d).

In this strategic role, you will orchestrate global and local launch readiness across Global Brand Units, ensuring commercial impact for our growing portfolio.

What your day to day will look like

• Lead global launch planning across Global Brand Unit Teams and other functions
• Lead Global and Country Teams in building integrated go-to-market strategies
• Establish launch governance and conduct launch readiness assessments
• Develop and implement launch excellence tools, frameworks and KPIs
• Evaluate and steer launch progress through performance metrics and interaction
• Drive capability-building and alignment across global and local stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional launch planning and governance meetings
• Guide Global and Country teams tailoring launch plans to market and product specifics
• Evaluate launch milestones, identify gaps and coordinate mitigation plans
• Prepare updates and insights for senior leadership and launch governance boards
• Manage timelines, dependencies and documentation for high-stakes global launches
• Collaborate cross-functionally across functions and territories for integrated execution

Your Qualifications and Experience

• 6+ years in Commercial Excellence, Product Launch or Strategic Marketing in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience supporting or leading global product launches
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
• Deep understanding of launch planning, forecasting and go-to-market execution
• Experience with KPI and dashboards (Power BI), CRM systems and launch metrics
• Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus

• Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of77 000-based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
