Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly
• Monitor network performance and proactively address issues
• Collaborate on network infrastructure and system maintenance
• Maintain accurate network documentation
• Assist with network security protocols
• Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common problems
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
• 3-5 years of experience in network support
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, switches, routers, firewalls
• Experience configuring and maintaining network systems
• Knowledge of network security protocols
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in French and English
