Senior Staff Engineer Digital Design (f/m/div)

As a Digital Design Engineer, you will specialize in the digital design front-end flow. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with talented engineers to deliver high-quality IP solutions.

In your new role you will:

• Engage in the digital design front-end flow
• Write RTL, perform simulations, linting, synthesis, logic equivalence checks, and automated test pattern generation
• Collaborate with AMS IP project teams for IP designs and internal customers
• Coordinate team-related topics to support the development and growth of the team

You are an experienced Digital Designer with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of debugging complex digital designs. Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively in a team environment. You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and adaptable to evolving project requirements.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Design or a similar field
• Strong knowledge of digital design principles and (Infineon) methodologies
• Experience with RTL design and verification tools
• Ability to work effectively in multiple project teams simultaneously
• Proactive communication skills to inform work progress
• Ability to work autonomously to coordinate upcoming tasks within the project/team

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. The employment follows the collective salary and wage agreement for electrical and electronics industry employees, employment group H (see link). The salary is paid 14 times per year, with potential for higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
