• Sobald unsere Kundin, unser Kunde sich für ein Fahrzeug entschieden hat, kommst du ins Spiel! • Du prüfst mit deinem kritischen Auge die eingelangten Unterlagen. • Du kommunizierst mit unseren Partner*innen, löst die Fahrzeugbestellungen aus, forderst fehlende Dokumente an • Du kontrollierst die Fahrzeugrechnungen auf ihre Genauigkeit und gibst diese für die Buchhaltung frei. • Fahrzeugauslieferungen fallen in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich • Auch Ummeldungen und Adressänderungen sind von dir zu betreuen Das bringt dich in die Poleposition • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre • Wiedereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen • Du hast bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt • Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert • Du hast ein professionelles, sympathisches Auftreten und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen • Genauigkeit und Effizienz zählen dabei zu deinen Stärken • Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen • Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch-und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 2.374,82 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
