Join to apply for the SAP Process Architect Procurement role at IMS Nanofabrication.

In this role, you'll take the lead in managing requirements and designing as well as implementing processes for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, collaborating to improve our process landscape and create tailored product requirements. With your expertise and passion for procurement and processes, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on advancing this area.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Diving into requirements analyses, you will craft detailed, actionable requirements to help us move forward.
  2. Reviewing and creating requirement specs or user stories will be your daily business, while also spotting opportunities for improvement.
  3. Taking charge of system administration, you will ensure SAP runs smoothly.
  4. Customizing and configuring SAP, you will make sure it perfectly meets our business needs.
  5. You will adapt and monitor interfaces, including CIG, ensuring seamless operation.
  6. Running system tests, providing 2nd level support, and managing external procurement and IT consultants will be part of your responsibilities.
  7. Assessing risks, you will ensure the success of our projects and systems at every stage.

Your Qualifications

  1. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a solid track record in successful digital transformation projects.
  2. You are an ERP professional, with advanced skills in SAP S/4HANA (this is a must!).
  3. You love analyzing data, tackling complex problems, and project management is your forte.
  4. You are a great communicator, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. You take initiative and focus on finding the best solutions.
  6. You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, never missing the small but important aspects.
  7. You are fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and spoken skills in both languages.
