? Project
- managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining version control and ensuring all updates are properly communicated and documented
- supporting testing and quality assurance by reviewing test cases and validating that implemented solutions meet specified requirements
- creating and maintaining requirement specifications using standardized formats

?Skills
- at least 3 years of experience as RE
- support of software developers during development
- creation and documentation of requirement analysis
- knowledge of mainframe technologies
- understanding of complex applications
- JIRA, Confluence, SQL knowledge
- German C1

? Nice to have
- extensive experience in analyzing large-scale, complex IT systems, with a deep understanding of both technical and business processes, including their interdependencies
- strong proficiency in tools used for visualizing and documenting software requirements, such as UML, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Office products, Enterprise Architect, or similar
- exceptional analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
- excellent organizational and communication abilities — both written and verbal
