As a Technical Service Engineer, you are a skilled engineer with practical knowledge covering the entire digital process chain and supporting customers after the sales process is completed. In this position, you will maintain close contact with your customers, helping them to maintain and service their 3D printing systems in a production environment. In this role, you will:

  1. Maintain, service, and repair industrial 3D printing production systems on-site or at customer locations.
  2. Plan and support machine deliveries and commissioning.
  3. Support, consult, and train customers via telephone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and understand the digital process chain to provide optimal solutions and products.
  5. Collect and act on customer feedback, including requests for additional support from relevant departments.
  6. Document customer interactions and feedback conscientiously.

In this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in additive manufacturing or similar fields.
  • A technical bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with additive processes.
  • Experience in using CAD software.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and empathetic interaction with customers.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • The ability to work under pressure with perseverance, accuracy, and an independent work style.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Regarding salary, the position is covered by the collective agreement for plastic processors (Kunststoffverarbeiter). The minimum basic salary after 4 years of experience is €3,075.77 gross per month for job category IV, with a clear willingness to overpay.
