As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
Take ownership of paid social campaigns across selected markets - from planning and execution to reporting and optimization
Collaborate with our internal design team and external creators to produce platform-optimized, engaging ad creatives
Support and develop A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
Monitor key metrics and improve campaigns based on data-driven insights
Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising
Learn from experienced teammates, take initiative, and grow into more responsibility as you develop

Your profile
Key requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (especially Meta platforms – Facebook & Instagram)
Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance KPIs
First experience in analyzing data and optimizing campaigns based on insights
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Meta Ads Manager
A creative eye and interest in working with visual ad content
A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to grow in the field
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Valid Austrian work permit
