Job description

We are seeking to strengthen our team with 1 Security Specialist (m/w/d) full-time, located in Kärnten/Klagenfurt.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central contact person and advise management and staff in Kärnten and Tirol on occupational safety and accident prevention.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks at our facilities.
- Analyze and evaluate hazards and derive measures to minimize risks.
- Assist in creating and updating safety and health protection documents.
- Train and sensitize employees on safety-related topics.
- Investigate workplace accidents and develop prevention measures.
- Collaborate with occupational health services and authorities.
- Digitize safety processes using HSE software.
- Support compliance with legal requirements (ASchG, AM-VO, VEXAT, etc.).
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Safety Specialist according to § 74 ASchG and SFK-VO.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Austrian occupational safety laws.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and structured working style.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness across hierarchy levels.
- High level of discretion, accuracy, and assertiveness.
- Proficient in MS Office.
