Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to manage supplier coordination and the full sourcing process within projects, including offer evaluations, commercial analysis, and nomination proposals on both global and regional levels.

The role involves supporting supplier qualification and performance tracking alongside SQE teams and strategic purchasing, handling contract negotiations, finalizing nominations, and ensuring supplier alignment through the project lifecycle.

You will contribute to cost calculations and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, logistics, and global purchasing to ensure component availability and smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a technical or commercial education
  • Relevant experience in project purchasing or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of commercial and contract law, and an understanding of production processes and cost structures
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Willing to travel approximately 20% for business
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Salary starting at €3,300 gross per month based on a 38.5-hour workweek, with potential for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
