ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer to support our operation in Austria.

We help our Austrian customer build a central workspace with Dynamics Customer Engagement for its service department (service, sales, and marketing modules). Dynamics CE is integrated with other backend systems via Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. IFRAME integrations are used for direct access to backend UIs. Azure Cognitive Services and LUIS are utilized for automatic case identification and routing. The Dynamics environment is among the largest in Europe, according to Microsoft Support.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and document new and existing functionalities using the .NET Framework
• Enhance and expand modular platforms and develop new products based on them
• Perform software development tasks according to specifications
• Draft solutions for complex software tasks
• Independent problem solving and implementation of solutions, including specification, estimation, design, testing

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience with Dynamics CE
• Strong C# programming skills (ASP.NET, Web API, MVC)
• Knowledge of Workflows and Power Automate
• JavaScript and Plugin development experience for Dynamics
• Familiarity with Sales and Service modules
• Experience with Azure Functions
• Integration knowledge (REST, message broker)
• Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Service Bus and Cognitive Services
• Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing or On-Premise
• Power BI, ReactJs, Canvas Apps, Omnichannel
• Knowledge of PCF Components development
• CI/CD (ALM) for Power Platform
