Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer – Focus on Delinea What You’ll Bring to the Role

• IT Security Expertise: Solid training or certification in IT security, computer science, or a related field.
  
  
• Specialization in PAM: Multiple years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  
  
• Delinea / Thycotic / Centrify Focus: Deep practical experience with Delinea PAM solutions (including Thycotic Secret Server and/or Centrify), and familiarity with tools like CyberArk and One Identity Safeguard.
  
  
• Security Standards Knowledge: Working understanding of key frameworks like ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and core principles such as Least Privilege and Zero Trust Architecture.
  
  
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong capability to analyze complex IAM/PAM challenges and design secure, scalable solutions.
  
  
• Collaborative Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical topics across teams and communicate effectively in both German and English.
  
  
• Self-Motivation & Growth Mindset: High level of independence, initiative, and a continuous drive to stay updated in PAM and cybersecurity trends.
  
  

• Excellent pay: €400 - €500 per day on 12-24 month projects (€96k - €120k pa)
