We are a reputable construction company specializing in high-end residential properties. Our projects involve waterproofing structures, preventing water ingress, and damp proofing. As a multi-trade operative, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our clients’ homes.

Role: Multi-Trade Operative

Experience Required:

• Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Carpentry: Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repairs.
• Electrical: Competent in electrical work, such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.

Working Hours:

• Start at 6:00 AM at our yard.
• Travel to various sites throughout the day.
• Finish work by 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Waterproof structures, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture.
• Address water ingress issues promptly.
• Damp-proof walls, floors, and basements.

Requirements:

• Clean Driving License: You’ll be traveling between sites, so a valid driving license is essential.
• CSC Card: Certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
• Clear DBS Check: We prioritize safety and trustworthiness.
