This position reports to

Teamleiter Shift Management

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees during the shift
• Coordinate and ensure on-time production
• Plan and organize shift assignments
• Promote employee development and conduct performance reviews
• Implement continuous improvement processes and optimize workflows
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation

Qualifications for the role

• Completed training in a relevant field
• Strong sense of responsibility and team orientation
• Precise working methods with a high level of quality awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German skills
