Tasks and responsibilities:
- Independent management of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Adherence to service, quality, and hygiene standards
- Coordination and responsibility for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Receiving and inspecting goods
- Economic and efficient use of materials, goods, and equipment
- Compliance with storage regulations (FIFO, etc.)
- Training and mentoring of apprentices
Qualifications:
- Passion for Austrian cuisine
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
- Positive demeanor and team spirit
- Structured and clean working style
- Work experience or training in the kitchen sector

We offer:
For a full-time position including overtime, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,100, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications. Our guests also reward excellent performance with above-average tips.
