Job Description:

To strengthen our team in Linz, we are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers (m/f/d) for immediate hire.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, develop, and maintain new features for our hospital information system in an agile environment.
2. Possess practical experience in backend development (Java) and familiarity with frontend (Angular), with an interest in the overall system.
3. Work collaboratively within a dynamic, team-oriented environment to achieve excellence through knowledge sharing.
4. Work onsite 2-3 days per week, fostering social interaction.

Qualifications:

1. Graduated IT education or relevant professional experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years in agile software development, preferably full stack.
3. Experience with SQL, Git, JIRA & Confluence, Angular, and Java.
4. Knowledge of in-memory databases and eventing systems is a plus.
5. Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about problem-solving.
6. Work permit for Austria.
7. Excellent English skills (operating language).

Salary:

Starting at €52,150 gross annually (IT collective agreement), with potential for higher pay based on experience.
