Octapharma specializes in developing highly pure pharmaceuticals made from human blood plasma. As a family-owned enterprise, our Vienna site is the largest production location and a successful research center within the Octapharma Group. Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring for our team:

Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• Autonomous management of assigned cross-functional and corporate IT projects
• Organizing projects using your technical expertise
• Project reporting and documentation
• Scope management and facilitation of concept decisions
• Risk management and stakeholder analysis
• Aligning efforts between Business IT and stakeholders
• Participating in negotiations with suppliers and contracting
• Managing consultants and third parties
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Documentation and meeting management

Your profile that will convince us:

• University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Previous experience as a software developer, data migration expert, or business system analyst
• Experience with corporate software rollouts
• Good knowledge of PMI-oriented project management processes; PMP certification is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools
• Fluent in English; good German skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility, personal responsibility, and adaptability in an international setting

Additional information:

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14. We aim to offer a salary that reflects your skills and responsibilities, potentially exceeding the collective agreement.
