Regional Product Manager for Region EUROPE WEST (m/f/x)

The region Europe West is of high importance to the Blum group, stretching from Finland to Italy and from Austria to Iceland. Over the years, strong market development and relationships with distribution partners and large OEMs in the furniture sector have been established.

We supply our products in 18 markets within Europe West and promote our products and services with more than 150 salespersons.

Our service approach includes 8 subsidiaries, representation in 7 markets through longstanding partners, and direct deliveries in areas including Austria, our home market.

Given Blum's strong regional history and the unique characteristics of each market, we actively leverage synergies within the region and foster regional cooperation. We aim to further develop the regional identity of Blum in Europe West.

To strengthen our regional focus, we seek an ambitious and creative individual passionate about our products to fill the role of Regional Product Manager Europe West (RPM). The RPM acts as a vital link between headquarters and subsidiaries/representatives and serves as the regional spokesperson on all product management matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product range for the region in accordance with our central product and range policies.
• Coordinate market launches and product phase-outs in the region.
• Perform regular portfolio analyses and communicate regional range expansions or adaptations to product and sales management at headquarters.
• Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with the central marketing strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with regional structures; sales experience within the Blum product world is a plus.
• Market and customer-oriented approach; experience with product launches and portfolio development is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a matrix organization, with intercultural competence.
• Structured and targeted work approach.
• Excellent command of English; willingness to travel; additional regional languages are a plus.
