Now Careers is exclusively partnering with our client, a reputable Mid-Tier Commercial Contractor operating across the Eastern Seaboard, to secure a Construction Manager to join the team in QLD.

The Opportunity

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to join an established and high-performing team in QLD, with the head office located in Brisbane. You will report to the QLD State Manager and be responsible for overseeing the project delivery teams. The client delivers projects across Fit Out, Refurbishment, and New Build sectors, with a proven track record in Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, and Institutional projects.

Ideal Experience / Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction working for a head contractor
• Industry-relevant tertiary qualifications
• Proven experience in leading teams and driving performance
• Experience with project delivery and financial management
• Strong programming skills
• Stakeholder management and engagement abilities
• Strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
• A proven track record in a similar role, or experience as a Senior Project Manager seeking career development opportunities
