The Engineering Project Manager represents Besi to the customer in all project matters according to the principle of "one face to the customer". Within the company, he/she is the internal client and advocates for the customer's interests in operational and strategic goal implementation.

• Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Gathering customer-specific requirements (specifications)
• Elaboration of technical solutions in cooperation with involved development departments
• Project execution in compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Supporting the product line with sales forecasts and margin control
• Assisting in contract negotiations and designing product and solution presentations
• Conducting telephone negotiations and managing escalations
• Ensuring effective flow of information both internally and externally

Your capacity for excellence

• HTL, FH, or university degree with a technical focus, ideally in mechatronics, complemented by relevant professional experience
• Flexibility, independence, and assertiveness
• Systematic and networked thinking, with an understanding of innovation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Target-oriented work under pressure
• High level of commitment, motivation, and team spirit
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• German language skills are a strong plus
