Intern - Sales Operations EMEA (f/m/d)

As Intern - Sales Operations as part of our European Headquarter, your primary responsibility is to provide temporary operational support to the Sales Operations Manager, directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the EMEA Sales and Product teams. This role is intended as a short-term internal assignment, offering a valuable opportunity for cross-functional collaboration, job rotation, and professional development within the organization.

These are your key tasks:

• Facilitation of cross-departmental meetings within EHQ
• Contribution to the post-merger-integration plans for CP/NX
• Data analysis for joint synergies and business opportunities
• Tracking of key performance indicators for NX EMEA (Sales/Product)
• Preparation of workshops and alignment sessions
• Supporting in the monthly strategic alignment calls with products and sales
• Preparation of training materials for product and sales
• Preparation and support in the creation of business cases and top management presentations

• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant commercial apprenticeship; initial experience in commercial roles within a freight forwarding or logistics company is a plus.
• High proficiency in English is required; any additional European language is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and KPIs.
• Self-organized and hands-on, with a pragmatic and proactive approach to tasks.
• Open to learning, adaptable, and interested in the logistics and freight forwarding business environment.
