Your tasks
- Deliver planning, scheduling, and cost & schedule risk analysis for large-scale capital projects, ensuring robust project schedules and control documentation are in place throughout all project phases.
- Create key planning and reporting documents such as Basis of Schedule, Forecast Reports, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Risk Registers, and Project Control Plans to support successful project execution.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support for business development, exploration, and opportunity maturation activities by applying expertise in planning, risk, and project controls.
- Develop and maintain best-practice standards and tools for project planning, scheduling, quantitative risk, and progress tracking, with a focus on critical path analysis, resource allocation, and performance-based forecasting.
- Act as a lead user and point of contact for project management tools including Oracle Primavera Cloud and Safran Risk, enabling consistent and efficient use across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling capabilities across the Energy Division, by conducting estimate and schedule reviews, training sessions, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and methodologies.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in project management, engineering or economics.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in the early phases and execution stages of major capital projects.
- Advanced proficiency with planning and control tools such as Oracle Primavera and Safran Risk.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, German advantageous.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to
EUR 111 256,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
