What we expect

• Relevant education in project management, key account management, business administration, or marketing and strategy.
• Several years of relevant agency experience or comparable professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
• Strong sense of responsibility for budgets and timings.
• Interdisciplinary and cross-team organization of projects.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and cooperative approach to problem-solving.
• Practical experience with the conception, organization, and development of projects in UX/UI design and in managing web projects – ideally in an agency or in a comparable position.
• Ideally basic knowledge in the field of UX/UI design
• Confident handling of UX/UI principles and close collaboration with design and development teams.
• Good technical understanding of web technologies and content management systems
• Proactive customer support and a good sense for coordinating internal interfaces and partner companies.
• An agile, resilient mindset and passion for excellent work.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Excellent German and English skills

Your Job

As a Project Manager, you are the organizational hub for extraordinary projects in UX/UI design and web development. You bring a passion for the digital and creative world and excel at keeping all relevant aspects in focus. In this key position, you proactively engage with designers, developers, and clients, motivating them to achieve their best and collaboratively solving complex challenges. You will be a reliable point of contact for all project-related matters and play an active role in ensuring the efficient execution of our assignments. You also adopt a strategic perspective for our clients, advising them professionally on brand- and design-related questions and supporting them in creating innovative solutions. Managing budgets and timelines is second nature to you, and you maintain a goal-oriented, human, and respectful approach, even in high-pressure situations.

Together with your team, you will implement best practices in web development, UX/UI, and digital strategies. You will optimize processes, motivate your team, and find solutions for complex challenges.
