About the role

We are looking for individuals passionate about the Stiegl brand who wish to contribute with heart and expertise in our family-run company.

Responsibilities

• Developing and designing market-compliant usage studies, profitability assessments, and project calculations considering economic, technical, and legal aspects.
• Managing authorities procedures, collaborating, and coordinating with commissioned specialists.
• Steering and coordinating external service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Executing construction supervision or owner representation during implementation.
• Post-project review of developed objects and multi-year maintenance planning.

Profile

• Successfully completed university studies in real estate economics or construction engineering.
• Several years of experience in real estate project management and good market knowledge in the Salzburg surrounding area.
• Experience with planning and tendering software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Holistic, entrepreneurial thinking combined with initiative and task orientation.
