Principal SAP Test Automation Consultant (f/m/d)

An established international IT consultancy is seeking an experienced candidate to take ownership of strategy and delivery across the DACH region. With a strong presence in Central Europe and a focus on innovation, the company partners with industry leaders to drive automation and efficiency in SAP-based environments.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and expand test automation in the DACH region
• Manage SAP test automation project teams
• Design and implement testing frameworks
• Integrate test management with SAP CALM
• Advise clients and build relationships
• Support presales and business development

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation within SAP projects
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and familiarity with other tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, UFT)
• Proven track record in project management and leading technical teams
• Experience in customer engagement, consulting, and pre-sales
• Fluency in both German and English
