Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Bonrepublic is an HR software platform that combines goals, recognition, development, and incentives to motivate and retain employees. We dream of a world where employee development in organizations is systematically promoted and strategically managed. Founded in 2020, Bonrepublic has already realized this dream for employees across Europe. To expand our efforts, we are seeking support for our team of 25 employees in Vienna.

As the newest member of the HR WORKS group, we operate entrepreneurially in close collaboration with the HR WORKS team. This means you will be part of a 220-person team, benefit from our interdisciplinary network, and have opportunities to connect across our four locations: Vienna, Freiburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Cologne.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web products or SaaS
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX principles and visually engaging designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and justifying design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to complex issues
• Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating within a team
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (a plus)
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage

Salary

According to experience and in line with the Austrian IT-Kollektivvertrag 2025: EUR 60,000 to 65,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Individual skills and knowledge will be reflected in the compensation package.
