Develop and implement a global experiential marketing strategy aligned with PALFINGER’s brand positioning and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and integrating relevant trends in experience marketing
Create and execute impactful brand experiences such as international events, roadshows, interactive product showcases, and hybrid or virtual formats that emotionally connect audiences with the brand
Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams and manage external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high creative standards across all initiatives
Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and formats, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously evaluating the quality and effectiveness of experiential activities
Manage the experiential marketing budget, define relevant KPIs, and track performance to ensure strategic impact and measurable results across brand and business objectives
Your Qualifications
University degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
Several years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience, or live communication, ideally in an international context, with a strong track record in leading global projects, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Deep expertise in event and marketing management, including digital and hybrid formats, immersive technologies (e.g. AR/VR), and KPI-based performance analysis
Creative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, a structured and results-driven approach, and high intercultural competence
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
