Your mission

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Quality Assurance of products and Quality Control of material and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacturing Quality: Ensure products meet internal specifications, customer specifications, and industrial requirements.
  2. Supplier Quality: Ensure equipment, direct/indirect materials, and parts meet specifications.
  3. Customer Quality: Drive customer incident problem solving and case reduction.
  4. Ensure customer audits with satisfaction.
  5. Ensure products meet industry and customer quality specifications.
  6. Ensure operation manual with clear instructions.
  7. Support and collaborate with engineering to develop specifications according to product and industrial requirements.
  8. Reliability: Ensure products meet internal and industrial reliability requirements.
  9. Failure Analysis: Lead problem-solving team to perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

Your profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a quality engineer and 3+ years in the semiconductor industry.
  3. Integrity and professionalism, with adherence to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, and purchasing.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Fluent in English and German.
