Job Introduction

You will shape and implement innovative network solutions for the Air Traffic Management (ATM) market:

Key Tasks

  • Develop the market and introduce innovative network solutions in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) business
  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
  • Actively drive the development of sales and acquisition strategies to strengthen the market position
  • Drive successful conversion of prospects into orders in close collaboration with sales and offer management
  • Act as sales lead during tender phases (RFI/RFP)
  • Conduct customer workshops, meetings, and presentations – online, on-site, or at our headquarters in Vienna
  • Evaluate customer needs and requirements to design tailored solution concepts and ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under commercially competitive conditions
  • Success factor: Internal networking with colleagues from sales, offer management, and product management

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role (business development, technical sales), ideally within the ATM domain
  • Business education with ATM background or technical education with strong business acumen
  • Experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications is a plus – as is familiarity with public tenders
  • Extroverted and open personality with strong perseverance for long investment cycles.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and bring strong team and communication skills
  • Very good English skills (main language of the department); additional languages are a plus
