How you will make your Mark:

• Plan, organize, conduct, inspire, and evaluate internal and external SKE training sessions and further education programs
• Develop various career development paths and coordinate them with the respective managers
• Expand the training offerings (including webinars)
• Create and coordinate course materials and training manuals tailored to specific training needs
• Coordinate training sessions and technical experts across 16 countries
• Identify and evaluate training needs
• Promote brand values and company philosophy

Hard Facts & Soft Skills:

• Communicative personality with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with both traditional and modern training methods
• Passion for knowledge sharing and development
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint; ideally experience with LMS platforms
• Excellent German and English skills
• Well-organized, structured, and communicative character
