Convatec is seeking a WFA Intern to support the Workforce Administration team across Latin America, beginning with Colombia. You will assist with employee requests, leave and absence processes, onboarding and offboarding support, and maintaining accurate data in HR systems.

This role offers exposure to global HR tools in a dynamic, international environment. The internship emphasizes confidentiality, professional service delivery, and collaboration with teams across countries.

About The Role

As a WFA Intern, you will support the Workforce Administration team in delivering high-quality HR services to employees across Latin America, with an initial focus on Colombia and potential exposure to additional markets as your learning journey progresses. The role combines employee support, HR operations, and the opportunity to gain experience with key HR systems and processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Workforce Administration activities, including employee requests, leave administration, and absence processes.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes as training progresses.
• Provide timely and professional support to employees, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee data while handling confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
• Learn and work with HR systems and service management tools used by the organization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative projects within the HR Service Delivery team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and HR functions to support operational excellence.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• English language skills are desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with English proficiency may have opportunities to support additional markets.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, is desirable but not required.

Qualifications & Education

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Humanities, Modern Languages, Literature, or a related field.
• Previous customer service, administrative, academic, or internship experience is a plus, but not required.
