Una empresa multinacional de BPO busca un Asociado de Servicio al Cliente. El candidato ideal debe ser un graduado de secundaria con habilidades de comunicación efectivas y un nivel de inglés intermedio. Ofrecemos un contrato a largo plazo, formación remunerada desde el primer día y la opción de trabajar desde casa. El salario es de S/. 1275.00 + 15% variable.

Formación

• Graduado de secundaria (debe tener diploma o certificado).
• Nivel de inglés intermedio y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
• Persona amable y empática.

Responsabilidades

• Responder a todas las consultas de los clientes.
• Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente siendo un buen oyente.
• Documentar y actualizar registros en los sistemas requeridos.

Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

• Respond to all customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
• Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
• Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
• Document and update records in the required systems.

Requisitos

Who are you?

• A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
• Someone with an intermediate English level and excellent communication skills.
• A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts.
• Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively.
• Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details.
• A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude.
