WSP in Colombia is seeking an experienced WindServer Administrator to join our global technology team. You will provide technical support, administer WindServer, maintain on-premises infrastructure, and implement improvements to ensure system performance and reliability.

The role requires strong Windows Server, scripting, and cloud experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. English proficiency is required, and the successful candidate will contribute to scalable, secure platform

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems/Software Engineering or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in systems administration, application support or related roles.
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure and cloud-integrated solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deploy solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day WindServer support to users, analysts and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Perform system analysis and debugging to identify root causes.
• Ensure timely incident and service request resolution.
• Support system stability, reliability and performance.
